This type of business development is what separates top performers in the real estate industry. 30 years of experience in the Kitchener-Waterloo area has given me many strong local connections, my work and networking with RE/MAX has provided me with powerful national connections, and now I’m focused on my global connections.
This year my focus was on building global connections to better serve my clients and gain exposure to even more buyers. I am now connected with elite real estate agents across the world through NAC. As the only REALTOR® in our area in the group, I have exclusive access to top agents, discussions about marketing strategies that are working in other parts of the world, and connections to international buyers and sellers.
Our local real estate market has really been impacted and influenced by out-of-town buyers, including out-of-country transactions. Taking the step to join this international network is something my clients appreciate and can see the value in.
