The Importance of Timing

One of the most important aspects of selling your home is timing! There is a fine balance between taking some time to get your home ready to show and getting it on the market. This balance is what I’ve spent years perfecting.

Timing is driven by the current market. My experience and understanding of the real estate market can be a valuable asset to any seller. Truly understanding what market we’re in is all part of the selling strategy.

Often sellers have questions about timing: Is it the right time to sell? How long should we take to get our home ready? When should we list our home?
