Have you been thinking about downsizing?

The idea of downsizing comes up when the kids have grown up, moved out and we’re left with more space than we really need. Or sometimes it comes up when a family member or parent is thinking of selling the home and moving.

This can be a confusing time. Sometimes we think “we’re not sure where we’re going” or  “is this the right time?”. It’s an interesting transitional period to be in, because there’s no real rush.

The best piece of advice I can give you, if any of these thoughts have crossed your mind, is to reach out to myself or one of  the team members and have a discussion. Taking a few minutes to sit down with one of us can help clarify some of the decisions you need to make. There are a lot of components to go over, and that’s why we’re here. We want to give you all the information you need to help make the situation make more sense and determine what is right for you.
