Mimoza was very direct when putting in offers and telling us what she felt a house would sell for and kept us in line when offers got too high. Mimoza was always smiling, happy, and showed us small things in homes we missed. When we bought our new house she was just as happy as we were! When she sold our house within 24 HOURS, she came to the offer presentation with 4 offers! Mimoza went above and beyond our expectations. She always offered to help watch our toddler when we looked through homes and even brought treats for our dog. She became a part of our family during our buying/selling process which made the entire experience more enjoyable. I recommend her to EVERYONE! She is fabulous and will get you what you want and more for your house!
