- Strong market! Plus two universities, a collage and an innovative tech hub.
- There are so many things to do, but it’s still a small, friendly and economically stable. Plus, both it’s people and businesses offer diversity.
- It offers everything, with a small town feel. This diverse community has a great economy and top universities, but still managed to maintain it’s small town flavour.
- Great housing options, plus you can live here and still have great access to major cities and airports.
- So much is going on here. We are growing but are still small enough to feel connected to the community.
