Chef Dan McCowan opened the restaurant (it’s literally a red house) in 2013, and since then he’s been serving fresh food and crafted cocktails, inspired by quality ingredients and international flavours. Chef Dan has a great curry sauce featured in a rotating curry dish on the menu, plus you can pick up a jar of the sauce to take home.

In behind Red House is the new sunny backyard patio. Plus you can dine on a new beautifully painted picnic table as part of the Art Fresco Dining program put on by Explore Waterloo Region. With two patios available, this is a great spot for lunch, brunch or dinner. The dining room is also open (limited to 7 available tables)
