This time of year it gets dark early, and you want potential buyers to have no trouble getting into your house (it’s also an opportunity to show them the outside of the house). Keep the house cozy
Keep the house warm while buyers are viewing the property. They’ll want to stay! We recommend setting the temperature to at least 21 degreed Celsius (70 Fahrenheit).
