It’s hard to believe it, but we’re getting to the end of the year. 2017 has seen a vibrant Kitchener-Waterloo real estate market so far. Sellers had excellent opportunities in the markets, investors got some great properties.
What’s going to happen next year?
It’s still a great time to invest. But if you’re looking to stay in your property for another 5 years, you can stay put for now. If you’re thinking of selling in the next year or two, it’s a great idea to put yourself in a good position now.
