Shaping Youth Into Community Leaders
We’re so excited to have Cody Bear™ as a part of our team! Cody Bear™ has joined us to help bring joy to Waterloo Region and to show our children that it’s fun to give back to the community.
Along with giving great hugs and high fives, Cody Bear™ will be recognizing positive-change minded children in Waterloo Region and awarding them with the Cody Bear™ Ambassador Award.
Each month this award will be presented to a child age 4-17 who has demonstrated great leadership and a sense of pride in our community. This program is designed to shape our children into community ambassadors and continue making Waterloo Region a great place to live and grow up.
Residents of Waterloo Region are encouraged to nominate a deserving child for the Cody Bear™ Ambassador Award. We’re looking for kids who are committed to giving back to their community, which may include:
- Participating in community initiatives
- Making a difference at school
- Being environmentally conscious
- Creative fundraising intiatives
- Taking pride in helping others
- Demonstrating great teamwork skills
- Leading by example!
Cody Bear™ Ambassador Award recipients will be presented with this prestigious award by Cody Bear™ in front of their class or family.
